Rugby Club Ball - Saturday 2nd October 2010
If you haven’t already heard the rugby club ball will be held at Bingham Hall in Cirencester on Saturday 2nd October and is being organised this year by the junior committee so we want it to be an absolutely cracking evening.  This is for mini parents, ruckers, seniors, VPs and as many friends from Minchinhampton and the surrounding areas as possible.  This will be a key evening for fundraising for the club and we would like to get as many folk to join us as possible.  It is black tie with a live band, disco and entertainments as well as a raffle and auction and promises to be a great evening.  We will be asking key people in each age group to organise tables and we think we should be able to get 2 or 3 tables of 10 from each age group.  We would also like to start marketing then event and sell as many tickets as possible prior to the end of the season as clearly we all have less contact during the summer.  Tickets will be £37.50 each.  If anyone would like to reserve a table then please let me know asap by email to jason.richards@bldgroup.co.uk. Please pass this information on to all parents and further details will follow in the next couple of weeks.
